Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Induction Handling Recruitments across all levels Brainstorm and design the Talent Acquisition strategy for the organization along with senior team members. Strive for the effective implementation of Talent strategy as per Manpower Requisition within possible timelines. Drafting and posting Job vacancies on electronic and print media, and screening and reviewing applications from various media. Coordination with candidates and panel members for interview scheduling, salary negotiations, sending offers, and regrets. Appointment letters, joining documentation, Orientation Training for new recruits. Employee confirmations and Contract Management for the entire staff of the organization.
Training and Development: Preparing a training calendar and training plan for each quarter, coordinating for training requirements with all Heads and Employees of all functional areas Arranging on the job training for new employees Analyzing employment development plans, identify common training needs, and monitor to ensure execution of the plan Scheduling training sessions for all functional areas Coordinating with internal and external resources in conducting training programs and follow up for training schedules, attendance, post-training feedbacks forms, training assignment ratings, and analysis
Compensation & Benefits: Assisting the team in conducting periodic salary surveys, and designing competitive compensation and benefits strategy Managing compensations and benefits as per the market trend
Qualification: Minimum Graduate
Skills: MS Office is a must, knowledge of PF/ESI/Payroll Processing is a plus.
Experience: 1-3 years (1 Years In Recruitment is must)
